About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Advika Jewellery ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, finish and exact measurements between the photographed sample and the item you receive are normal and are not a defect. Product photography is taken to represent the item as accurately as we can, under ordinary lighting.

Pricing and tax

Prices are listed in Indian rupees. GST is added to the listed price at checkout, at the rate shown on your order and invoice. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before an order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment gateway. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order - for example if an item turns out to be out of stock - in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

All sales final; replacements

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for a refund. Replacement is offered only for items that arrive damaged, incorrect or defective - see our replacement policy for full details and how to raise a request.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Intellectual property

The photography, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Advika Jewellery and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
