Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Available carriers and their state-specific delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Every piece is made and packed by hand, so please allow a short processing window before your order is dispatched - this is shown on the product page and at checkout where it varies by item. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a few working days depending on your location within India, longer for remote areas. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date, and these are general expectations rather than a service-level commitment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account order history if you have an account.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it if possible, and contact us straight away - see our replacement policy for how we handle this.
